Cancellation Policy
Deposit Required: 50% for regular bookings, 75% for events over 50 guests. Final Payment: Due 10–14 days before your event. Cancellations: 14+ days: No fees 7–13 days: 50% refund Under 7 days: No refund Corporate/Wedding Events: Full refund if canceled 30–60 days in advance Partial or no refund after that Late Pickups: $15 fee after 30 mins. Order canceled after 3 hours, no refund. Delivery (No Setup): We are not liable for food once dropped off. Rescheduling: One free change if done 21+ days before your event. Consultations: Held via phone or Google Meet.
